Baby Bassinet Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 watermelon
2 cantaloupes
1 pineapple
1 honeydew
1 bunch of grapes
1
can whip cream
1 pacifier
Cut a watermelon half the way down the center and half way lengthwise to look like a baby bassinet.
Hollow out the watermelon and cut into pieces. Peel a whole cantaloupe – this will be the baby’s head. Cut out
a small hole in the center of the cantaloupe for the baby’s mouth and insert a pacifier. Draw eyes and a nose with colored
icing. Put the cantaloupe inside the watermelon using tooth picks to hold it in place. Cut up the second cantaloupe, honeydew
and pineapple. Add cut up fruit and grapes to the watermelon. Cover the top of the fruit salad with whip cream to look like
a blanket over the body.
